Implantology and oral surgery

We replace missing teeth with secure and durable implants, restoring function and aesthetics to your smile.

Dental implants are the modern solution for replacing missing teeth. They restore masticatory function and the aesthetics of your smile, giving you back security and naturalness in everyday life.

Our team carries out a full assessment, including imaging tests, photographic records in our studio and study models. Based on this information, we draw up a personalised treatment plan. In aesthetic cases, we also carry out a video simulation so that you can visualise the final result before starting treatment.

The implants are placed in the bone, where they will integrate and function as the artificial root of the new tooth, or serve as a support for more extensive rehabilitations. The surgery is performed under local anaesthesia and is completely painless.

Like natural teeth, implant-supported teeth require strict hygiene care. We recommend maintenance appointments twice a year with our team of dentists, where professional cleanings, assessments and the necessary X-rays are carried out.

The cost of dental implant treatment depends on the specific characteristics of each case. To find out the exact price of your treatment, book an assessment appointment.

Have you ever imagined being able to restore a fixed smile on the same day using just four dental implants - even in situations where little bone is available?

This is a concept we often use for patients with significant bone loss who want an immediate fixed solution.

Main advantages

  • Rapid rehabilitation that immediately improves quality of life
  • Shorter total treatment time
  • Lower costs compared to other solutions
  • High stability even when there is little bone volume

The All-on-4® protocol is a widely studied and documented technique, with follow-up results of 10 years in the mandible and 5 years in the maxilla, showing survival rates of between 96% and 98%. In addition, it demonstrates stability of marginal bone loss and maintenance of healthy gingival tissues.

A modern, safe and predictable solution that can transform your quality of life!

Diabetes

Diabetes is considered a risk factor in the placement of dental implants, as it can delay healing and increase the likelihood of post-operative complications. However, when the disease is under control, implant treatment is not contraindicated. It just requires additional care and more rigorous planning.

Smoking

Smoking reduces the amount of oxygen in the blood and compromises circulation, which makes healing more difficult. Nicotine also interferes with blood clot formation, making the recovery process slower and less predictable. Implants can be placed in smokers, but the risk of complications is higher.

Other systemic conditions: Osteoporosis, HIV, Haemophilia, Radiotherapy

Scientific evidence shows that these conditions, when properly controlled, do not represent an absolute contraindication to implant placement. What is essential is that the treatment is carefully planned. In all these cases, we liaise with the doctors responsible for monitoring the patient to ensure total safety before surgery.

Yes, it's possible. We just need to know the brand and diameter of the implant. This information can be obtained from the dentist who performed the surgery.

A gingival graft is a microsurgical procedure in which free gingiva or connective tissue (the inner layer of the gum) is transplanted to correct areas lacking tissue. This type of intervention is often used to increase the amount of gum around implants or to treat gingival recessions in natural teeth caused by periodontal disease or trauma.

The graft is usually harvested from the wisdom teeth or the palate and then transferred to the area that needs reinforcement. It is a delicate technique, carried out with precision blades and instruments used in ophthalmology, and with extremely fine sutures. The tissue matures completely over the first 4 months. That's why, whenever possible, we combine gum grafting with implant placement in the same procedure, allowing the entire healing process to take place simultaneously.
